If it does not work the way we said it would, we do not want your money.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item should be in the condition you received it. We understand a rust remover gets used — a partially used bottle is still returnable if it did not do the job.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the return address. Do not ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping in full.
- Changed your mind: return shipping is your responsibility.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged on Arrival
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately at no cost. No return needed.
Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
