Returns & Refunds

If it does not work the way we said it would, we do not want your money.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item should be in the condition you received it. We understand a rust remover gets used - a partially used bottle is still returnable if it did not do the job.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the return address. Do not ship anything back before contacting us: unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping in full. Changed your mind: return shipping is your responsibility.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged on arrival

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately at no cost. No return needed.

Cancellations

Cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
