Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. If it has been more than three business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived by email, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will chase it.
How long delivery takes
Continental United States: 2–10 business days after processing, depending on the item. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 7–14 business days.
Says delivered but nothing arrived?
It usually turns up within 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Check with neighbours and around the property. If it has not appeared after a day, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
